Noah's parents will host "After Closing Night" party at their home
Party for cast, crew and orchestra members
After the closing night performance is over, and we have our on stage celebration, all students involved in Into the Woods production (cast/crew/orchestra) then have the opportunity to also go to the non-school sponsored party at Noah's house, hosted by:
Jane Clark and Art Kohn
(Noah Clark's parents)
Art’s Cell: 503 312 9121
Jane’s cell: 503 705 6709
Noah’s cell: 503-347-9927
House phone: 503 244 4022
If you have any questions or concerns you would like to talk to Jane about, please email or call her. janeclark4022@gmail.com
Please bring a sleeping bag & pillow. Snacks and non alcoholic drinks are welcome!
Jane and Art expect absolutely no drugs or alcohol to be brought in or used at the party.
Students, please note, we want you to have fun but please keep noise to an appropriate level so as not to disturb the neighbors - particularly after 2am. If you go outside, please keep noise to a minimum.
Parents: Help remind your child that she or he needs to be respectful of the neighbors, especially after 2am, and if called out by the host that they are being too loud, heed the "shhhhhhhh" instruction!
If kids are leaving the party during the night - they must leave with a parent or responsible adult unless they have driven their own car. No leaving and returning please and when leaving during the night please use the basement side door and have parents call kids to let them know their ride has arrived. Would ask that parents not knock on front door after 1am unless you really cannot make contact with your kid (as Jane and Art have a 5 year old who will be sleeping). Art will be staying up all night so calling his phone is the best way to reach a kid who is not picking up a phone.
Jane and Art will provide a breakfast on Sunday. Pick up is 8am on Sunday!️ Feel free to come to the front door for pick up.
As a condition of hosting the party, Jane and Art ask that a couple of the students volunteer to organize a team of kids to be responsible for clean up on Sunday morning before leaving the party. If the clean up volunteers could let Jane and Art know by Thursday who they are and who will be helping that would be appreciated. If everyone helps clean up it will go fast but we need kids to either do it or organize others to do it.
Please text or verbally remind your student about the rules that our hosts expect.
Wow that sounds great. My kids and I also attended a 4th birthday bash at the local event space Chicago. It was really enjoyable and they had put a lot of thought and efforts into super funky birthday bash! I loved the décor as well. The jumping castle was a big hit among the kiddos in that party.
