INFO for FINAL WEEK
Per Mr. Peerenboom:
Monday: Call time for actors is 3:30. We will get them into mics and ready to perform by 4:30. By 4:30, David and Debra will be set up and ready to play the show, using the monitors to conduct the show from rm. 163. No orchestra is called for Monday. We will run the show without costumes and make up, but everything else will be as usual for the rehearsal. We hope to be done by 7:30. Some snacks will be provided but not dinner.
Tuesday and Wednesday: Both are treated like a show night where we have a 7:30 go, including all technical aspects of the show. Dinner will be served at 4:30 for anyone, including orchestra, who would like it.
Thursday-Saturday: All shows will have orchestra coming in 35 minutes prior to “go” with a sound check at 30 minutes prior to “go” time. Closing night we will have checks ready for orchestra, unless I hear otherwise from our Friends of Lincoln treasurer. Saturday night we have an on-stage cast party for roughly 30 minutes if orchestra would like to take part. We will do some improvisation games and give gifts to the technical crew and some creative team members. Cheese and pepperoni pizza will be provided as part of the cast party.
Monday will be strike. We will work from 3:30 until we are done, with cheese and pepperoni pizza being provided around 6:00 for dinner as we work (we will not be taking an official dinner break). Michelle: please have something for people with dietary restrictions/cannot eat pizza. We have auditions for the new works festival on Tuesday, so we cannot take two days to strike the show: we need to be done Monday when we leave. I expect we will need some parent help not only with taking down the set but also sorting the costumes and getting things to dry cleaning.
