Rehearsals 1/30-2/2

Per Mr. Peerenboom:

 Thank you for your patience as we worked with everyone’s needs/conflicts.  Please pay attention to which days you are called and when you are not.  In addition, note that we will run the finales for the act at the start of the rehearsal on Thursday and Friday.

 Tuesday 1/30:  White Cast
3:30-5:00  Vocal Review (If Mrs. Riffel and Mr. Peerenboom finish their meeting early, we will start the run-through of Act 1 sooner)
5:00-6:30  Run Act 1.  We will run problem spots if time is available.

 Wednesday 1/31: Both Casts
3:30-4:30  Finish both Finales
4:30-5:00  Vocal Review—Red cast only, white cast dismissed
5:00-6:30  Run Act 1 (Red cast only)

 Thursday 1/1:  Red Cast
3:30-4:00  Run Act 2 finale
4:00-6:30  Run Act 2.  We will work problem spots with any time remaining after the run-through.

 Friday 1/2: White Cast
3:30-4:00  Run Act 2 finale
4:00-6:30  Run Act 2.  We will work problem spots with any time remaining after the run-through.

 NOTE: If at any time you will not be at rehearsal, excused or not, it is your responsibility to contact your counterpart and be sure your counterpart will attend rehearsal in your absence.

Check spelling of your name for playbill

The cast and crew list of names on the Auditorium door shows how names will appear in the playbill for Into the Woods, and on the custom designed t-shirt for the show.  Unless you edit your name, that's how it's going down in history.   So .....Check the spelling of your name!!!  Is it correct and exactly what you want?   If you need to edit, please write LEGIBLY by your name.   Due NOW.  (Do it now!)
